Great Iphone 3g case. It’s the slimmest hard case i own. It’s shinny and looks like the iphone without the cover on. Only problem is the phone is slippery, because it’s hard glossy plastic. I wish they made a little piece of the back nonslip or something, other than that it’s a great case and worth every penny. I don’t know if it fits on docks with the case on, because I don’t own any docks. It fit’s the Ipod USB connector fine.

I was looking for a case that didn’t take away from the iPhone’s looks or create bulk, so I purchased this case. I love that it is glossy just like the iPhone itself. The only way you can really notice that it isn’t the iPhone is the circle cutout in the back to show the Apple logo. Even Elago’s case/model information is printed so it looks like the normal print on the back of an iPod or iPhone. The case fits perfectly with access to all ports, switches and buttons. It does not cover the chrome edging, which I also like. I paired this case with an Invisible Shield applied to the front to protect the screen. I purchased the shield at the mall and had them install it. The combination of the case and the Invisible Shield protects my iPhone the way I wanted, and neither bothers the appearance or sleek feel of the iPhone. I am relatively careful with my things though, and would not recommend this for someone who tends to drop their phone. However, at the low price, even if I do drop my phone and the case breaks, I could afford a new one.

This case is great because a) it protects the iPhone from getting scratches b) allows the phone to easily go in and out of your pocket c) does not add bulk to the phone d) like as though you don’t have any case at all! These are all the things I like about this case. I wouldn’t advise anyone to get it if they are very rough on their phones. For that, I am sure there are other case out there that are designed for that purpose.

I purchased this case about 2 weeks ago. I have 3GS model. It fits great. The smooth finish makes it easy to get your phone in and out of your pocket unlike the rubber style cases. I purchased a black one for myself and a white one for my wife. The black case is bad with finger prints and smudges. The white one obviously does not show these. The only other draw back to the case is it does not cover the chrome bezel around the outside of the screen. However, the chrome bezel is still without scratches.

This is a nice iPhone protector for those who don’t want to add bulk and who want it to slide in and out of the pocket easily. That is the function choice I made. What I give up is some cushiness in the event of a fall and some stickiness to help keep it from jumping out the hand. I’m happy with the tradeoff. You can’t tell there is a case.
