    You will have to open an account with an online phone co for internet calls.
    Such as Skype, Yahoo phone.

    You can call on mobile or you can call skype to skype for free. and video call also, with no sound break

    there are a lot of voip softwares availabe .. better go for that… try to locate your delears in your area, zonefone is a better one to make calls and is very cheap..
