Where exactly in Dubai can i buy used mobile phones for re-sale back home?
Am looking for shops or stores in Dubai that specialise in the sales and supply of used mobile phones. i intend to re-sale them in my country, please help advice accordingly.

Well you can visit the mobile market in Sharjah Rolla where you can find hundreds of shop.
be fully aware that they may temper with the parts to make it in working condition.
